SENIOR KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

As a pivotal figure in the strategic development and management of a major client, the following responsibilities will be undertaken:

• Oversee comprehensive client management for the prominent account within the Migros Group.
• Expertly lead complex annual discussions, pricing negotiations, and discussions related to product assortments, promotions, and innovations.
• Develop customized growth strategies focusing on revenue, profitability, and sustainable development.
• Analyze relevant customer, market, and competition metrics to derive effective measures.
• Advance the Category Management approach to position the European Pizza Group as a leading category partner.
• Exercise entrepreneurial governance over accounts with a strong sense of ownership for overall business success.
• Contribute to the identification of new growth areas both in branded and, when appropriate, private label segments.
• Foster close collaboration with Marketing, Category Management, Product Development, Finance, Supply Chain, and international teams.
